Since 1969, the Irish Youth Hockey League (IYHL) has made hockey accessible, affordable, and meaningful for families across our community. What started as a small local league has grown into a thriving program that now supports 600+ young athletes, from first-time skaters to competitive travel players representing South Bend throughout the Midwest.
Hockey teaches more than skating and scoring. It builds character, confidence, teamwork, and resilience—lessons our players carry far beyond the rink.
