Refund Policies
Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.
3v3 Spring Sessions
All registration fees are non-refundable unless otherwise approved in writing by the IYHL Executive Board. Refund requests must be submitted in writing and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approval is at the sole discretion of the Executive Board. Once approved, refunds will be processed according to league policy.
Body Contact Clinic
All registration fees are non-refundable unless otherwise approved in writing by the IYHL Executive Board. Refund requests must be submitted in writing and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approval is at the sole discretion of the Executive Board. Once approved, refunds will be processed according to league policy.
Goalies Inc Camp
All registration fees are non-refundable unless otherwise approved in writing by the IYHL Executive Board. Refund requests must be submitted in writing and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. House League

HSH Spring Tournament Teams
Tryout registration fees are refundable up to 48 hours before the first scheduled tryout session for the player’s age group. Refund requests must be submitted in writing before the 48-hour deadline. No refunds will be issued within 48 hours of the first tryout session. No refunds will be given for missed sessions, partial attendance, or no-shows. Once tryouts begin, all fees are non-refundable. If you have questions or need to request a refund, please contact the program directly.
Learn to Play
